Drainage renewal required during construction works. With construction happening on the neighbouring property and our clients building being tenanted a fast compliant solution was required.
After the morning showers we were able to remove and replace the old earthenware pipes with new in time for returning residents dinner prep.

Rockdale
Blocked drainage was causing all sorts of flooding issues, with the affected pipework being beneath the main entry/exit pathway of the apartment building, works had to happen quickly for residents to be able to return home at the end of their busy days.
We cut it up, repaired the pipework, and rectified it with new concrete and safety barriers all before the tenants came home.
